Mr. Auler’s vision of producing premium vodka in Texas is aided by the phenomenal water source that the Auler family owns. Adjacent to Fall Creek Vineyards, the Auler family owns Fall Creek Ranch. Fall Creek runs through the property and empties into the Colorado River at Fall Creek Falls, the spectacular 85-ft. waterfall. The water that fills Fall Creek comes from springs that literally bubble up from beneath the earth. The aquifers that produce this water are millions of years old, and the water they produce is second to none. This silky smooth water from beneath Fall Creek is used in the production of SAVVY, and it helps distinguish SAVVY from other vodkas. Outstanding water is paramount in the production of super-premium vodka, and the water used in SAVVY is truly in a league of its own.
