Mr. Auler’s vision of producing premium vodka in Texas is aided by the phenomenal water source that the Auler family owns. Adjacent to Fall Creek Vineyards, the Auler family owns Fall Creek Ranch. Fall Creek is a spring-fed creek that runs through the ranch and empties into the Colorado River at Fall Creek Falls, the spectacular 85-ft. waterfall. The water that fills Fall Creek comes from springs that literally bubble up from beneath the earth. The aquifer that produces this water is millions of years old, and the water it produces is simply perfect. This silky smooth water is used in the production of SAVVY, and it helps distinguish SAVVY from other vodkas. Outstanding water is absolutely necessary in the production of super-premium vodka, and the water used in SAVVY is the finest in Texas.
